“ The waiters know their menu inside out and can give great recommendations. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. Fast service. Noise level is good to have a nice chat without raising your voice too much. Italian food to its excellence, I just love this place. The home made tagliatelle so tartuffo are to die for. Portion sizes are perfect - not too little and not too big. The desserts are small enough to be able to get two (yay). ”
“ Creative and fun restaurant with a cheeky twist on Italian classics! Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious and the waiter gave great recommendations and was friendly and attentive all around. We sat outside and booked a table for the “first shift”, so we had to leave at 8:30 pm but we knew about it when making the reservation, so it wasn’t a bad thing. I’ll definitely be back for more great food and drinks! thanks! ”
“ A Memorable Evening at Brera - Zurich's Italian Gem Discovering Brera in Zurich was an absolute delight! This charming Italian restaurant truly stands out for its exceptional dining experience. We opted for the Tavolata menu, and it did not disappoint. Each dish served was a testament to authentic Italian flavors, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. From the starters to the exquisite main courses, every bite was a journey through Italy’s rich culinary landscape. What set Brera apart was not just the food, but the ambiance. The Grotto cellar provided the perfect setting for our large group, offering a cozy yet spacious environment that felt both exclusive and welcoming. The cellar’s unique atmosphere, with its rustic charm and intimate lighting, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening, making it an unforgettable experience. The staff at Brera were also commendable for their attentive and friendly service, ensuring our night was seamless and every need was met with a smile. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, ambiance, and service so effortlessly. Brera is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy an exceptional Italian meal in Zurich. Highly recommended! ”
“ The food at Brera was delicious – we tried several dishes, all of good quality. The prices are reasonable for what you get. The restaurant is beautifully designed, modern, and high-quality, though it can be a bit loud. The service was good but could be slightly better. Overall, a great place we’d be happy to visit again. One of my favourite Italian restaurants in zurich. ”
“ A cosy restaurant with a nice ambiance! Will for sure be perfect for a Date night. We ordered the zucchini Butterfly as a starter to share but was not so impressed...although the dip that came with it was delicious and they served us an assortment of bread! I ordered a Funghi Pizza and it tasted amazing! would happily order it again. A nice selection of cocktails/beers/drinks too. Yes its Zürich so it's a little on the expensive side. But a nice little treat. ”
“ Food is really great - traditional italian meals like pizza, fresh pasta, zucchini croquettes, but it was empty on Wednesday evening. They serve great Italian wine as well. The staff was not so friendly, although. No air conditioning, so it was pretty hot inside and outside since tables are not covered completely. ”
“ Wow, the food is really delicious, I really enjoyed it! The location is very quiet and also suitable for children. Some bread or something else to nibble on before the food is served would bridge the time in between - maybe they do that sometimes? 45' waiting time for food is not exactly speedy when it's not super busy... in general, the service could be a bit warmer and remember the order better ;) ”
“ I loved this place, the atmosphere is wonderful, lovely decor and the food was amazing! Can’t get over the zucchini flowers with ricotta and the burrata pizza. Tiramisu was heavenly light and fluffy. Can’t wait to be back, highly recommend it. ”
